Leo Terris

Dancer

Born in the U.S.A., Leo Terris moved to Jerusalem, Israel in 2019 to study at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. In 2020, Leo began studying in Tel-Aviv at the Maslool School of Contemporary dance performing works by choreographers Sharon Eyal & Gai Behar, Johan Inger, Pina Bausch, Noa Zuk & Ohad Fishof, Roy Assaf, David Kern, Mor Shani, and Netta Yerushalmi. While studying in Tel Aviv, Leo also performed A Feast in the Time of Plague by Yehezkel Lazarov as part of the Israel Festival, Fresh by Lotem Regev as part of Vertigo Dance Festival, and Pagliacci by Inbal Pinto at the Israeli Opera.

 

In 2022, Leo joined Tanz Kassel of Staatstheater Kassel in Germany as an apprentice performing works by Liliana Barros (100 Years 100 Hearts), Noa Wertheim (Janus), and Andonis Foniadakis (Primal Light).

 

In 2023, Leo joined Lenka Vagnerová & Company.
